Since the launch of the platform in 2014, the cargo claims solution has been gaining traction throughout the industry and realizing a significant increase of users. In 2015 the platform was awarded by IATA and shortly after Saudia Cargo became a first customer followed by Brussels Airlines, in the role of Airline system users. In October of 2017 Polar Air Cargo and Atlas Air also joined the platform and currently Amerijet is in the process of becoming the newest member and embracing the innovative claim handling system.

More forwarders and shippers are using the platform to submit and keep track of their claims. The CargoClaims platform enables claimants to submit claims for any airline from a single claims account. This unique feature encourages claimants to use the claim portal because they don’t have to register with each individual airline to manage all their claims. The number of claimants using the cargo claims portal www.cargoclaims.aero will surpass 20.000 before the end of 2018.
