Felixstowe brings back former chief Chris Lewis as lines introduce port surcharges

Ocean carriers are introducing port congestion surcharges for shippers using the UK’s biggest container port of Felixstowe, as owner Hutchison reappoints ex-CEO Chris Lewis in a bid to fix the issues.
