Amazon’s determination to have dedicated workers has seen it reissue its “pay-to-quit” initiative. Tamebay says the e-commerce giant is offering personnel, mainly in its logistics division, between $2,000 and $5,000 to quit their jobs. Employees receiving the letter are encouraged to forego the cash incentive and stay with the company. Amazon’s thinking being those that refuse the “significant sum” must actually like working for Amazon.
