Digital forwarder FreightHub has secured financing for a logistics start-up, raising $20m 18 months after launching.
European VC Northzone – an early investor in Lesara, iZettle, and Spotify – led the Series A round, with Cavalry Ventures, Cherry Ventures and Global Founders Capital also participating.
Northzone partner Michiel Kotting said the forwarding industry was one of the last to see full-scale digitalisation and described investing in FreightHub as a “no-brainer”.
