After reading a catchy headline yesterday – “Analysts: Maersk should sell Damco remnants” – I have sifted again through the list of top freight forwarders worldwide to check whether any of them could do with M&A targeting what is left of the Danish freight forwarder after the separation from its parent company, which occurred as part of parent company AP Møller-Maersk’s (APMM) Stay Ahead plan.
