It appears the UK may have reached a “continuity” trade agreement with South Korea. The BBC reports that international trade secretary Liz Truss has signed an agreement with her South Korean counterpart, Yoo Myung-hee, during a meeting in London. Last year, trade between the UK and South Korea totalled £14.6bn. According to the BBC, the agreement is “roughly” in line with the terms of the Asian nation’s arrangement with the EU.
